We are currently looking for a qualified and skilled Electrician to join our successful Response business based in the North West area. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive/ Maintenance electrical repairs works to our customers properties.

The Electrician role:

• We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
• Conduct reactive response maintenance works such as electrical repair, maintenance, and breakdowns.
• Complete on-going electrical testing (EICRs)
• Conducting post inspections on works that have been conducted
• You may also get involved with our other work streams; this may include void properties
• Repairs, rewire, testing and general upgrade works of void properties before they are re-let and planned programmed works too.

What will you bring as an Electrician?

• Qualified to an NVQ level 3 Electrical Installation with AM2
• 2391 Testing and Inspection (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition wiring regulations
• Exceptional, professional, and friendly customer service skills whilst working in customer facing environments; in people’s homes and communal areas.
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
