Qualifications

  • Experience of working in an administrative role is essential.
  • Previous experience in the motor insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in a Customer Relations environment is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of motor insurance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with complaint handling practices.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations including Consumer Duty.

Responsibilities

  • Log and allocate incoming work for the Customer Relations team.
  • Shape and deliver feedback mechanisms for complaints.
  • Provide feedback for data analysis within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with complaint handling processes.
  • Compile weekly compliance reports.
