Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Keyloop system is preferred.
• Able to work under own initiative.
• Strong administration and organisational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Computer literacy is necessary, particularly with MS Office.
• Teamwork skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries in a timely manner via email and telephone.
• Chase debts via telephone for prompt payments.
• Allocate cash/banking when needed.
• Reconcile DAF payments received.
• Monitor aged debtors’ analysis.
• Control customer credit limits.
• Provide reception cover when required.
• Perform ad hoc duties within the finance department.
