A leading care provider is seeking a passionate Registered Manager for a children's residential home in Preston. You will lead a motivated team, ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering exceptional child-centred care. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in children’s care management and relevant qualifications. Location: Preston
Salary: £51,500 – £56,000 per annum + £7,500 welcome bonus
Working Hour: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs | Trauma, EBD, SEMH, CSE, CCE
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce (essential), Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in children’s residential care management
