Are you an experienced Administrator with exceptional organisational skills who is looking for the next challenge? Job Purpose

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the District Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

The role provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the District Management Team, acting as the central point of contact for correspondence, data management, diary coordination, reporting, meetings, and operational activities to ensure effective station‑based service delivery. It also supports performance monitoring, project documentation, budget oversight, prevention and operational initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and business continuity, ensuring accurate records and smooth district operations at all times.

Essential Requirements

The role requires proven administrative experience in an office environment, with strong IT skills across Word, Excel and PowerPoint, the ability to interrogate databases, capture and analyse data accurately, monitor budgets, and work effectively with geographically dispersed teams. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills, the ability to work independently to tight deadlines with tact and discretion, a commitment to data quality, equality, diversity and health and safety, alongside an appropriate level 2 qualifications in literacy, numeracy and IT (or equivalent experience).
