We're looking for a Field Operations Assistant to join the Auger team based at our head office in Wallasey. The successful candidate will be fully supported in their new role with full training provided and the opportunity to gain an external qualification. This is predominantly a desk‑based role with the requirement to be willing to get hands‑on assisting our Field Support Manager.

In the Field Operations Assistant role, you will contribute to scheduling & efficiency of our nationwide engineers, delivering customer service to our policy holders, and supporting with the fleet management and tool/plant hire for Augers nationwide engineers. This would involve being hands‑on in our store room and in our vehicles. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members in each of these areas, with no previous experience required. In this role, you will gain valuable hands‑on experience in various administrative tasks while supporting the wider team. This role will be varied, allowing you the perfect opportunity to develop your skills.
