A leading healthcare facilities management organization is seeking an Estates Coordinator for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract at Edgware Hospital. We have a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract opportunity for an Estates Coordinator, based at Edgware Hospital, a large and busy 24/7 acute and mental health site with a wide range of services and ongoing improvement projects. Although advertised as an FTC, there is the potential for longer term extension.
Salary on offer is from £30,000 and a 10% performance-based bonus.
This role is fully site‑based and requires someone confident, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, demanding healthcare setting.
Edgware Community Hospital
This is a single‑site role based entirely on the hospital campus. Travel to other sites could be required.
