We are recruiting for a Flexible Workforce Booking Coordinator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

An opportunity has arisen for a fixed term Flexible Workforce Booking Coordinator position in the TSOD team. The role is full time at 37.5 hours per week.

The Temporary Staffing Office for Doctors is the central team responsible for all medical locum bookings providing a high quality, responsive medical temporary staffing service to all divisions.

The Flexible Workforce Booking Coordinator actively contributes to ensuring the Trust meets its agenda regarding agency reduction and compliance with the NHSI agency price caps.

These roles will provide the Trust with a high quality, responsive medical temporary staffing service to the divisions.

Main duties of the job

We are currently looking for a dynamic, focused individual to work on a fixed term basis as a Flexible Workforce Booking Coordinator supporting the medical divisions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with all operational and clinical teams, and external stakeholders such as NHSP and agencies.

The post holder must be organised, self-motivated and flexible in their approach as part of a team. They will also demonstrate good negotiation skills and be able to prioritise work with tight deadlines.
