Job description

The Senior Technical Consultant occupies a critical role in the design and delivery of sophisticated technology solutions for a broad client portfolio, within a continually evolving digital environment. Operating remotely within the United Kingdom, this team member leads the oversight and execution of complex infrastructure and cloud programmes, with particular emphasis on hybrid-to-cloud migrations and cloud adoption across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

The team member is expected to direct project execution, uphold rigorous quality standards, and cultivate enduring client relationships. A proactive and analytical approach is essential to identify opportunities for innovation, standardisation and process enhancement. The team member will support clients throughout all phases of the technology lifecycle from initial consultation and migration planning through implementation, cutover and post-implementation support serving as a trusted advisor to facilitate technological advancement while ensuring systems remain robust, secure, and in accordance with current best practice.

As an ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 organisation, this role will actively support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of information security and quality management systems. This includes consulting on risk assessments, control implementation and compliance activities aligned with ISO 27001, while contributing to process optimisation, documentation standards and client satisfaction initiatives aligned with ISO 9001.
