• At least 12 months of IT consultancy and 3+ years in IT support.
• Proven experience in delivering projects with Microsoft 365 and preferable Microsoft Azure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term IT strategies with clients.
• Provide on-site proactive and reactive technical support.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client IT infrastructure.
• Plan and deliver technology projects to meet client needs.
• Produce client-facing documentation including reviews and proposals.
