Job summary

A leading medical technology company is seeking a passionate Medical Sales Specialist to spearhead the Digital Microscopy portfolio. You will empower clinicians, improve patient outcomes, and create impactful relationships within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background in large-scale medical equipment, excellent understanding of procurement processes, and a consultative approach. Qualifications

  • Proven success in selling large-scale capital medical equipment, preferably in a theatre environment.
  • Strong understanding of NHS and private hospital procurement processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a consultative approach.
  • Resilient, proactive, and passionate about innovation in healthcare.
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility for travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth of Digital Microscopy portfolio and drive adoption of high-value capital equipment.
  • Manage clinical evaluations and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Partner with surgeons and theatre teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build relationships with consultants and develop key opinion leaders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
