Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within construction, property maintenance or social housing.
• Experience delivering planned works in occupied environments.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision and coordination of planned refurbishment works in occupied homes.
• Managing operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
• Monitoring progress and reporting accurately to contract management.
