Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction.
• Experience working on planned works or framework-based contracts.
• Confidence managing subcontractor accounts and valuations.

• Preparing and reviewing valuations, cost reports and forecasts.
• Controlling variations, ensuring accurate pricing and commercial justification.
