About this role

BT’s Digital team leads the organisation’s digital transformation, driving experience innovation and delivering products and services that help customers achieve their goals. The ServiceNow platform underpins a large part of this, enabling streamlined, automated IT and service management across the Group.

What you’ll be doing

You will work closely with experienced engineers to design, build and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform that improve efficiency for thousands of employees. You’ll also:

• Support the design, development and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new workflows, forms, integrations and service catalogue items.
• Analyse user requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Help maintain the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release cycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, automation and user experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with platform upgrades, patches and enhancements.
• Maintain a presence in the office at least three days per week.

• Graduates with a STEM degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, Applied Computer Science, or related).
• An interest in technology and problem‑solving.
• Technical capability from your degree such as software engineering.

Entry Requirements

• Target 2.2 (or equivalent) in a relevant STEM degree.
• Full UK right to work for the duration of the programme (no visa sponsorship available).
