Job summary

A UK-based planning recruitment agency is looking for a Principal Planning Officer in the East Midlands. The role focuses on managing a caseload of major planning applications, working with PPA's for developments of over 200 units, and attending planning committees in person. This contract offers £56 per hour with hybrid working arrangements including home working and site visits as necessary. Suitable candidates will have relevant experience and can discuss other opportunities if this role isn't a perfect fit.
