A leading civil engineering firm is looking for an experienced Site Agent to manage Renewable Energy Projects in North and Mid Wales. Responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering and have proven experience in similar roles. Additional benefits include a company vehicle and discretionary bonus.
We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join our growing team starting on Renewable Energy Projects in North and Mid Wales. Reporting to the Project and Contract Managers, you’ll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects overseeing daily site operations, maintaining compliance and driving high standards across safety, quality, and performance.
You’ll be expected to travel regularly across Wales, with overnight stays required on occasions dependant on the project location. Flexibility and a willingness to be where the work is happening are essential. In return, you'll play a leading role in high-impact civil engineering schemes and gain exposure to varied and rewarding challenges.
