Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License is essential.
• Previous experience within a facilities management or building maintenance environment is required.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Produce quotes and maintain documentation of all work.
• Ensure all work meets contractual SLAs and KPIs.

Strong written, verbal, and numerical skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Proactive work approach

Ability to work independently or in a team

Competent using Microsoft Office

Education

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade
