Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Birmingham seeks a Qualified Electrician to work in the Technical Services mobile team. Responsibilities include undertaking planned and reactive maintenance, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess relevant certifications, a valid driving license, and experience in facilities management. Qualifications

  • Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Must have a current, valid driving licence.
  • Previous experience working within Facilities Management would be beneficial.
  • CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk.
  • Monitor contractors and their workmanship on behalf of the client.
  • Ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
  • Evaluate performance and servicing of equipment under contract.

Skills

Qualified Electrician
IT Literate - Basic understanding of Excel & Microsoft products
Ability to use electronic handheld devices
First Aid

Education

City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition
