A housing management organization in Walsall is seeking a Multi-Skilled Trade Operative to perform various repairs and maintenance tasks across social housing properties. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 qualification in Building Maintenance and solid multi-trade repair experience. You will work independently to resolve issues and deliver quality service to tenants, using your strong communication skills and attention to detail to meet a diverse range of maintenance needs. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Salary - £32,500 - £34,500pa plus company van and fuel card

As a Multi-Skilled Trade Operative, you will carry out remedial, disrepair, responsive, and refurbishment works across a variety of social housing properties. You will attend planned and reactive jobs, working independently to diagnose issues and complete repairs to a high standard.
