As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support Shield Safety’s internal recruitment activity, helping to identify, attract and engage talent for roles across the business, including specialist and hard-to-fill positions. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and wider People team, you’ll focus on candidate sourcing, talent pooling and market research, building strong foundations for future hiring needs.
