Head of Member Benefits, will shape and deliver a standout benefits portfolio that truly elevates the value we offer to our UK Supply Chain Division’s contractor network. You’ll be at the forefront of sourcing and securing high-impact third‑party partners, building a best‑in‑class suite of products and services that help contractors run safer, smarter, and more cost‑efficient businesses.
This is a role for a commercially driven, partnership‑savvy leader who thrives on creating meaningful value. You’ll own the full lifecycle of our benefits offering—from strategy and development to launch, engagement, and long‑term retention—ensuring our members feel supported and empowered every step of the way.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in partnership management, commercial development, and delivering membership benefits within B2B or member‑led environments. You'll have a proven ability to source, negotiate, and deliver high‑impact partnerships, supported by excellent commercial acumen, financial modelling skills, and confident budget ownership.
