As a Digital Marketing and Insight Manager, you will lead Recognise Bank’s digital marketing, insight and performance activity, ensuring our digital channels, campaigns, and feedback systems deliver measurable growth and outstanding customer and broker experiences. You’ll combine hands on digital execution with data‑led optimisation, helping shape strategy and experience across all channels and audiences.
