A modern banking institution in the UK seeks a Head of Brand for a 12-month FTC. This role will define and drive the brand's strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Key responsibilities include leading the development of brand strategies, collaborating across teams to drive initiatives, and creating impactful marketing content. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B marketing within the financial sector and strong leadership skills. A flexible work culture with attractive perks awaits the right candidate.
ClearBank is built on the belief that banking infrastructure shouldn’t slow down progress. Quite the opposite. Speed it up and that’s when you unlock potential. When you really start to innovate.
That spirit and ‘can-do’ attitude is why our clients – from FinTech's and crypto platforms, to banks and credit unions – choose to use our API to power their banking infrastructure.
But it’s our people who are the stars here. They power that innovation, push harder to break boundaries. They make coming to work (or working from home) fun. They’re the ones we trust to catapult our clients to success. Just as they trust us to build a business that’s always striding forward.
ClearBank is a place where you can do things differently and challenge the status quo. We will give you a high level of autonomy and transparency, and we trust you to make the right decisions for the bank.
If that excites you, how about joining our team as a Head of Brand? Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll define and drive our brand’s strategic direction, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a clear, consistent, and compelling identity. You’ll lead the development of our overarching brand strategy, shaping how we show up across digital, content, campaign, and experiential channels.
You’ll oversee high‑impact initiatives that require close collaboration across marketing, product, client management, and creative teams – providing the strategic leadership, brand clarity, and operational direction needed to bring them to life.
You’ll be hands‑on guiding the planning, rollout, and optimisation of brand‑led campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth across both online and offline channels. This is a key leadership role within the marketing function, driving the brand forward, building client and partner trust and contributing to long‑term growth across all entities.
Strong, demonstrable, experience ideally in B2B marketing in financial services. They can demonstrate extensive knowledge of brand strategy, brand development and multi‑channel marketing across digital, content and experiential platforms, both online and offline.
A proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams, setting clear goals and KPIs, and driving brand initiatives that deliver measurable impact. Comfortable operating strategically and on execution, they inspire collaboration cross‑functionally and bring clarity, creativity, and a commercial focus to every brand touchpoint.
We're flexible – We support a culture of flexibility which allows our employees to achieve a strong work‑life balance.
And not forgetting the biggest benefit of all. The opportunity to be part of an incredible team that’s building a tech‑bank fit for the future.
