Hospitality Manager – Fine Dining & Events, earn up to £45,000 + overtime available

We’re recruiting an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead fine dining and hospitality services within a well-established, professional site supporting approximately 1,600 occupants daily. This is a people‑focused leadership role within a settled, high‑performing team, offering structure, balance, and the opportunity to enhance an already strong hospitality operation.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee fine dining, hospitality events, and overall service delivery.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless food and service standards.
• Liaise with clients to plan and deliver upcoming hospitality requirements over the coming months.
• Enhance and evolve the fine dining and hospitality experience for clients.
• Lead, support, and develop a long‑established team.
• Maintain high service standards while ensuring consistency and attention detail.
• Build strong internal and external relationships through confident networking.
