A leading residential support service in Bedford seeks a Care Team Leader to lead and motivate a team of Support Workers. The ideal candidate should have an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care and a commitment to helping people achieve independence. Key responsibilities include supporting staff, assisting with recruitment and training, and maintaining communication with families and professionals. Hours: 7:00am–9:00pm (14‑hour shifts)
R> Monday to Sunday, working alternate weekends
Pay: £13.31 per hour

You might already be a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care.
Or you might be an experienced Support Worker or Care Assistant ready to take the next step.
