• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

• Familiar with GDS systems and excellent destination knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service during overnight hours.
• Process customer requests end-to-end including travel arrangements.
• Provide advice to customers in both Arabic and English.
