A community support organization is seeking an individual to engage with local community groups in Greater London. You'll be crucial in supporting grassroots movements through strategic engagement and partnership development. The role involves delivering projects, promoting services, and fostering relationships within the community, ensuring groups have the resources they need to thrive. This position will also involve administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and effective communication. A commitment to community service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a clear strategy for engagement, support, and recruitment.
• Be the primary contact for Sported groups for capacity building.
• Promote services and process new group applications.
• Create content for group communications across platforms.
• Identify needs and trends from the Area within the network.
• Support groups with fundraising, strategic planning, and sustainability.
• Maintain records in central databases.
• Implement best practices and partnership ideas with the team.
• Support future group projects and volunteer recruitment.
• Deliver regional networking events for volunteers.
