Job summary

A leading childcare provider in Kirkintilloch is looking for a Qualified Early Years Practitioner to create inspiring outdoor learning environments. You will work in various weather conditions while being passionate about environmental study and wildlife. The role requires experience in woodland and land management and the ability to implement risk assessments. The position offers 40 hours per week at £12.70 per hour from Monday to Friday.

About The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner Qualified you will create outdoor learning environments that inspire and uplift.

Responsibilities
  1. Working outdoors in all seasons and weathers
  2. A thorough understand of woodland management and principles
  3. Land management techniques
  4. Be passionate about environmental study
  5. Knowledgeable about wildlife trees and plant IDs
  6. Promoting and having respect for nature
  7. Experience in woodwork and traditional crafts
  8. Experience in drawing up and implementing risk assessments
