Qualifications

• Basic maintenance skills and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Friendly disposition is important.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent maintenance of premises.
• Ensure timely completion of all tasks assigned.
• Conduct PAT on electrical items as required.
• Record and update tasks using electronic maintenance logging.
• Support residents during their move-in process.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections.
• Be a Designated Fire Warden, supporting fire evacuation training.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of external areas.
