Overview

Hybrid HR Recruit is partnering with our industrial client for a stand-alone HR opportunity. The role will report into the HR Director (based overseas) and will work closely with the UK Senior Leadership Team. The organisation is an SME in the UK but part of a larger international organisation.

Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner — Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire — Permanent, 37 hours per week — £45,000-£55,000 — Hybrid

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner/HR Manager or HR Advisor who is looking for their next step and to join an international team. There is the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.

Role Responsibilities

• Advise and guide employees and managers on a range of HR matters.
• Contribute to talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
• Own and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Promote a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and development; initiate training programs and workshop activities aligned with business needs.
• Represent the organisation in contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and fostering constructive employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee data and records using the document management and HR systems and assure compliance with GDPR policies.
• Keep up to date with payroll regulations and tax laws and coordinate payroll activities.
