A sports organization based in Bristol is seeking a Business Development Sales Executive to drive hospitality revenue at Ashton Gate Stadium. The role involves identifying and securing new corporate clients, managing inbound inquiries, and ensuring excellent client relationships during matchdays and events. At least some prior sales experience is necessary, along with great communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.
The Business Development Sales Executive is responsible for driving hospitality revenue growth at Ashton Gate Stadium by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. The role will proactively target local and regional corporate organisations through outbound sales activity whilst converting inbound new business enquiries. Working closely with the Head of Hospitality, Event Coordinators and Commercial Director, the successful candidate will ensure a seamless sales to delivery journey, maximising new business acquisition.
This is a target driven role requiring previous outbound sales experience, excellent relationship building skills, and the flexibility to work matchdays and key stadium events.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days to include evenings and weekends
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
