Job summary

A leading transportation company in Glasgow is seeking a hands-on Engineering Supervisor for the nightshift at their Caledonia depot. In this role, you will supervise maintenance and servicing of the fleet, induct and develop a high-performing engineering team, and ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards. Qualifications

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in an Engineering field.
• Knowledge of safe operation of workshop equipment.
• Full clean UK Driving License; PCV license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance and servicing of the fleet.
• Induct and develop an engaged engineering team.
• Ensure availability of vehicles in line with operational requirements.
• Support stock management and warranty claims processing.
