Qualifications

• Holds an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in an Engineering field.
• Experience in supervisory roles within an engineering environment.
• Organized, IT literate, and a holder of a full clean UK Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance and servicing of the fleet.
• Induct and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Allocate planned and unplanned work across the engineering team.
• Support the Stores Manager in stock management and warranty claims.
• Conduct disciplinary and absence management reviews.
