Senior Account Executive - Creative Marketing

LOCATION – UK London (hybrid)
Role

We are looking for an adaptable and hardworking Senior Account Executive (SAE) who will work under close supervision of senior colleagues to support in the delivery of healthcare communications programs. As a SAE you will be working on fast-paced, science-driven accounts with a collaborative team. You will be able to demonstrate sound consultancy skills and have the ability to manage competing priorities, whilst contributing to internal projects.

Creative Marketing is the newest practice in AXON, so we have the rare opportunity to build and shape the practice just the way we want to. We’re looking for a likeminded Senior Account Executive who is set up for the challenge and genuinely interested in the experience of building our practice and with the support of their team driving their client accounts and projects. Joining the Creative Marketing team at AXON will give team members at all levels opportunities they may not experience in your mainstream healthcare marketing agency – including opportunities to work with practices outside of creative marketing, working on Global/European accounts and internal responsibilities that help shape the direction of our practice. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Champions creative think and the value of creativity within the day-to-day account management
  • Actively contributes to the creative ideation process, providing ideas and perspectives for consideration
  • Provides thoughtful, constructive feedback to the creative team to support the strengthening of ideas
  • Has sound understanding for a suite of marketing tactics across a range of channels
  • Is comfortable and confident with the creative delivery process for a suite of tactical materials and has experience of developing tactical briefs for creative projects

SAE experience criteria: at least 1 year’s work experience from within a client service role within an agency environment, focused on healthcare/pharma advertising.
