To be successful you will need to:

  • Produce accurate and timely reporting
  • Demonstrate positive team working
  • Have experience conducting assessments and supporting learning of individuals and groups
  • Have experience working with learners of a range of abilities
  • Have successful experience in an effective multi‑disciplinary team
  • Create stimulating, vibrant learning environments that motivate learners
  • Hold a teaching qualification and, where applicable, a relevant subject specialist qualification, with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
