A dynamic property management company in the UK is looking for a proactive Leasing Coordinator to support their Build to Rent Leasing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential lettings administration, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end lettings process, liaising with internal teams and clients, and maintaining accurate records. This role demands attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm
Location: Mayfair/Site based
Salary: £26,000
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Leasing Coordinator to support our Build to Rent Leasing team in London. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day operation of a boutique lettings team, ensuring high standards of service delivery for both residents and institutional clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential lettings administration or coordination, with a strong understanding of compliance, customer service, and ideally the operational demands of Build to Rent schemes. You will work closely with the Leasing Manager and wider team to support listing management, leasing activity, client reporting, and marketing.
