• Proven track record in startup or scale-up environments.
• Familiarity with UK employment law and regional employment trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvement.
