An innovative space industry company in the UK is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Administrator. This role involves managing recruitment documentation, candidate communications, and scheduling interviews. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Administrator to provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager, ensuring the smooth running of recruitment processes and related People operations as we approach our next exciting period of growth to help deliver our plans.
As a key member of our team, this role involves managing documentation, scheduling, data entry, candidate communication, and general administration. It requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, confidential environment.
This role is temporary with a proposed end date of December 2026, although there is potential for this to be extended. We see this as being full time but we are happy to consider part time or flexible working. Ideally, we would like this role to be based in Edinburgh on a hybrid basis, to allow for regular interaction with the teams responsible for Product Management, Customer delivery and operations, Finance, Business Development and Sales and Marketing.
