A local authority in Cannock Chase is seeking a passionate Social Worker to support adults achieving independence and fulfilling their potential. You will be responsible for assessments, planning, and case management, focusing on clients with learning disabilities and autism. The ideal candidate will possess a professional social work qualification and demonstrate high professional standards and a team-oriented approach. As a Social Worker in this team, you’ll:
It goes without saying, you will need a professional social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS) or other social work qualification certified by Social Work England.
You’ll be:
