A local council in Barrow-in-Furness seeks a dedicated Social Worker to join their Adult Social Care team, supporting older adults and those with disabilities. This permanent full-time position offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth. This role is part of the Urban team within Adult Social Care, working with Older Adults and adults with physical disabilities aged 18+. You will be part of a team that delivers adult social care, with a two-week induction programme and an introduction to Adult Social Care in Westmorland and Furness Council with our Advanced Practice Lead Team.
