Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AJ Bell’s reward strategy.
  • Oversee executive remuneration and preparation of RemCo recommendations.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis for competitiveness.
  • Design and implement incentive & recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
