We are looking for a front of house receptionist based in our London office. The successful candidate will be someone who is looking for an interesting variety of work, is helpful, eager to learn and willing to take on extra responsibility.
Role requirements:
- As front of house you will need a happy and can-do disposition.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Efficient and competent administrative skills.
- Experience of working with the general public, face to face and on the telephone.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- General admin support for the business.

- Able to work well under pressure.
- Understanding and awareness of the importance of confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and other guests.
- Booking and managing meeting rooms.
- Organising refreshments and equipment for meetings, setting up meeting rooms and clearing away afterwards.
- Organising lunches and similar functions and clearing away afterwards.
- Making sure meeting rooms are always tidy and presentable.
- Answering and forwarding calls, including screening unwanted calls such as sales calls.
- Forwarding messages to relevant people.
- Sorting and distributing post.
- Arranging couriers.
- Organising overseas couriers.
- Administrative duties for the Fee Earning and Support Departments as and when required.
Benefits package:
- Working hours: Would consider the individual either working part-time or full-time covering the hours of 8:30am – 6:00pm.
- Working days: 4 or 5 days per week, to include a Wednesday.
- Providing cover for the other Receptionist for holidays and must attend the office.
