A quality care home provider in the East Midlands is seeking a Regional Support Manager to provide tailored support across multiple homes. The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in care homes, offering hands-on assistance to ensure compliance and high standards. This role allows significant autonomy and influence, with strong opportunities for progression. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards in care.
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Location: Regional - significant travel required - East Midlands, Bury St Edmonds
Reporting to: Operations Director / Group Operations Director
We are looking for an experienced, committed care professional to join our team as a Regional Support Manager in the East Midlands and Bury St Edmonds area. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led good-rated care home and is now ready to apply their expertise, leadership and passion across multiple homes.
You will work alongside Home Managers (not as a line manager), providing hands-on, practical support to ensure our homes operate smoothly, compliantly and efficiently - while remaining happy places for residents, relatives and staff.
This is a highly autonomous role with real influence over how we run our business and strong opportunities for future progression.
Typically 3–4 days per week on-site in homes, with 1–2 days working from home and occasional office days
