• Proven capacity to identify legitimate vs. fraudulent claims.
• Proficiency in interpreting insurance policy wordings and schedules.
• Decisive in judgment with clear articulation of conclusions.
• Superior written skills needed for formal reports.

Responsibilities

• Screen domestic, commercial, and liability KII claims for fraud detection.
• Manage a caseload of referrals regarding suspected fraud.
• Research individuals and businesses using OSINT and social media.
• Collaborate with internal teams and update SharePoint with reports.
• Staying informed on relevant legislation and trends in insurance fraud.
