Job summary

A leading technology partner in Welwyn Garden City seeks a Data Centre Team Leader to manage the data center cabling infrastructure and support team operations. You will oversee a team responsible for Moves, Adds, and Changes, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structured cabling and service delivery in a banking IT environment, as well as strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritization.
• Experience managing third-party services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of DC operations engineers.
• Coordinate Moves, Adds, and Changes in data centers.
• Respond to break/fix incidents and monitor data center systems.
• Maintain inventory of cabling materials and assets.
