Job summary

An organization supporting individuals with disabilities is seeking a Job Coach in Saint Helens. This part-time role involves providing hands-on support to promote skill development, confidence, and workplace success for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Competitive pay of $21.50–$22.50/hour, along with benefits including free training, supportive culture, and employee perks such as wellness resources and EAP.

Qualifications

  • Experience in direct support, caregiving, coaching, or human services is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to become an approved company driver.
  • Ability to pass a national background check.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist as needed.

  • Provide individualized support to individuals at their workplaces.
  • Assist with learning and performing job tasks and daily work routines.
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and professionalism on the job.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to support and progress.
