CAS is hiring a Job Coach to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community employment settings. What You’ll Do as a Job Coach:

• Provide individualized support to individuals at their workplaces
• Assist with learning and performing job tasks and daily work routines

• Support communication and positive interactions with coworkers and supervisors
• Help individuals build workplace skills such as organization, time management, and problem‑solving
• Maintain accurate documentation related to support and progress

What We’re Looking for in a Job Coach:
