A leading technology and merchandise team in London is seeking a Head of E-Commerce for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Ceremony Of Roses are Sony’s in house merchandise team that manage fan merchandise for a diverse roster of artists across multiple genres. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of E-Commerce to join the team a 12 month fixed term basis during a period of significant growth and evolution across the company.
As the business continues to scale rapidly, this role will be key in providing strategic and people centric leadership to the E-Commerce team, reporting into the Managing Director of Ceremony of Roses. You will be accountable for leading a best-in-class, e-commerce operation collaborating with senior leaders across the function to drive change, innovation and continuous improvement across our systems, processes and ways of working, whilst delivering a marketing-leading fan experience.
