Job summary

A leading software solutions provider is seeking a Principal Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation Lead. This remote position requires a strategic leader to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions effectively. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in HRIS and Oracle HCM, with strong project execution skills and a background in analytics. The role involves leading global projects and ensuring seamless integration across teams, enhancing decision-making through AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in HRIS/HR Technology, with 6+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation and Core HR; certification preferred.
  • Experience with AI-enabled features, analytics, and automation in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation implementations and enhancements.
  • Configure and optimize compensation modules; manage annual and quarterly cycles.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Core HR, payroll, benefits, and other HCM modules.
