Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in a consulting practice servicing multiple industry clients.
• At least 2 completed end to end Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefit projects.
• Exposure to Oracle Fast formulas.

Responsibilities

• Perform advisory, project design, and implementation services for Oracle HCM.
• Own the end-to-end solution for specified HCM modules.
• Document business requirements and configurations.

Skills

Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud design

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
